Advanced Welding System makes creating fully Code-checked PQRs, WPSs, WPQs, in accordance with the AWS® D1.1 Code fast and easy. A complete system for tracking/organizing welders & continuity is included to help free up your valuable time.

Code-Checked Documents |
- Advanced Welding System contains the highest level of built in Code-checking available in the industry.
- The program notifies you of any mistakes during document creation and helps keep your work as accurate as possible
- Code-checking may be turned off if desired on a per document basis
- Electronic Signature
- Documents may be signed and/or locked electronically
- Secure PDF
- Documents may be saved as a secure PDF for email to client or coworker, intranet hosting, or off-site storage
- PQRs
- Tabbed layout makes data entry fast and accurate
- Processes covered
- SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, and SAW processes covered
- User definable processes are allowed when Code-checking is turned off
- If interrupted in the creation of a PQR, you can save your progress
(for completion at a later time), and the program will watermark the document as incomplete. A PQR that doesn’t pass Code-checking is also marked as incomplete. The program will prevent anyone using an incomplete PQR in the creation of a Code-checked WPS.
- WPSs
- Section 3 Pre-Qualified WPS creation is quick and simple. Just a few minutes are required to complete an accurate and immediately usable WPS.
- Section 4 WPSs (qualified through PQR) are automatically generated with your allowed ranges from the PQR of your choice
- WPQs
- Easy creation of Code-checked WPQs
- From a Code-checked WPS
- Copied from another welder’s WPQ
- Entry of test information is greatly simplified
- Ranges automatically calculated
- New WPQs can be created in under two minutes
- Procedure Submittal
- Lets you create a customer oriented document containing:
- Customer, Date, Job, WPS(s), Signature (digital signature optional),
& Notes (optional)
